You will learn cutting edge gentle release techniques that don’t involve intense painful stretching to release muscle spasms and tightness in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, legs and feet. Have you always wanted to take ballet but are afraid you are too old, too out of shape or too uncoordinated? Nonsense! Ballet is for anyone who appreciates the art form and wants to increase strength, flexibility, fitness and grace. Here is your chance to start from the very beginning with no pressure. This class is for teens through senior citizens who have little to no experience or those who have been away from dance and want to brush up on the basics. Come join the fun Wednesday’s at 7:00-8:15.
Summer camps and classes are underway! It is not too late to register for camps and classes as we still have some spots available. So whether your child wants to be a fairy-princess-ballerina or a contemporary dancer or a triple threat on Broadway, we can help them achieve their dream. We also have open classes (mixed ages and abilities) and adult classes in ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, tap, musical theatre, hula hoop dance, belly dance, flamenco and more.
